St Peter's is a popular venue for a wide range of events. There are two spaces commonly used by groups:

 

The Church: The large wooden auditorium of the church has excellent acoustics, making it a great space for concerts of all kinds. It is also a good venue for symposia, public meetings and fora, with seating for up to 500 people.

 

Being a church there are some restrictions on what we can allow the main auditorium to be used for, but fewer than many people think. If you aren;t sure whether your event is suitable please discuss it with us.

 

The Undercroft: Accessed either externally or through the church, the Undercroft is a meeting and event space located at the rear of the building, underneath part of the church space.

 

The Undercroft is ideal for meetings of up to 50 or 60 people, and can manage up to 100 standing. There are reasonable kitchen facilities.
